Once your payment  is logged into our system  a coordinator will contact you  in about 24 hours,(sometimes less). We will gather your license information for your RN state or states licensing,  depending on your subscriiption.  We will validate your information using ID me and collect  digital copies of your drivers license and proof of identity.  Once  we have verified your identity we will contact the licensure board and change your nursing license public state to our secure  address.

We will make every attempt to update your address with your board of nursing.  this does not change the mandated mailng address you gave your board when you recieved your nursing license. It will only change the public address displayed on your states board of nursing to protect your privacy. Depending on the laws and rules of your state(s) it will either  be listed as our corporate address or Nurse shield as directed by your board of nursings rules.  This is a new concept and  there may be some changes in months to come.  If we are unable to  make the change due to  regulations at your board we will contact you directly and you will recieve a full refund of your monthly fee less the set up fee.  

We are available 24/7 by email  or  during normal business hours monday to froday by phone, so you can rest assured that your information is secure. 

The mail forwarding service provided through this website and related communications is strictly a private mail handling service for the physical forwarding of  board of nursing and legal  mail related to your Nursing license, This service does not include legal advice, legal representation, or any form of professional representation before any government agency, licensing board, regulatory body, or court.    We will not provide representation  to a board of nursing on your behalf and  this service cannot be used for anything other than  communication bewtween your board of nursing and yourself  all and any other  mail that may arrive will not be processed unless it pertains to your nursing license.  We are bound by  federal  privacy laws and any information contained in any communication or letter  we recieve will not EVER be made public or disclosed, even at your request , to a third party.   If we are contacted by anyone in regards to such a communication should it occur , we will collect the contacting parties information and verify with you personally.

No,   this service is designed to keep your personal address private.  If you decide you do not want to contiue, please email us directly and we will contact you personally within 24 -48 hours to cancel your service and  your service will end at the end at the last day of the month.  We will provide letters if needed   for you to send to your board of nursing to change the address to what ever address you decide at that time.  We  do keep the cost of setting up your service.   If you are a military active duty soldier or a dependant of a miltary member we will  refund your set up fee after 90 days of service  with proof of service.    

 If you cancel your subscription  or  a monthly payment does not prcess someone will contact you to verify  your payment or change your payment source.  If  we are unable to contact you after 30 days we will terminate our contract and your license  address  will revert to the last known address that was at the board of nursing at the time of our contract.  If we are unable to change your address for any reason, any items that arrive at our location will be forwarded back to the  board of nursing or party that sent them to us depending on your choice at the time of your contract with us.
